The Learning Goal: Identify one new style, teacher, or related field (like Anatomy or TCM) you want to explore this year to keep your "student mind" active.

The "No-Agenda" Session: Schedule one 20-minute session a week where you move without trying to "teach" it - just feeling what the body needs.
