0. Program Nature and Scope
- Qigong With Kseny operates as an online educational platform providing the Qigong Teacher Training program.
- This training is designed strictly for health and wellbeing purposes. It does not constitute Medical Qigong certification, nor does it serve as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
- Students are solely responsible for their own physical health and must ensure they are physically capable of participating before beginning the program or attempting to teach others.
- By enrolling, you acknowledge that participation in Qigong exercises carries inherent physical risk, and you accept full responsibility for your own health and safety during practice, whether as a student or as a teacher following graduation.
- Graduates are responsible for checking their own jurisdiction's requirements for teaching Qigong professionally, including insurance, first aid certification, and any national registrations.
1. Course Access and Platform Dependency
- When you purchase the Qigong Teacher Training, you receive access to the course materials for the lifetime of the product. This means you will have access to the materials for as long as Kseny Gray continues to host and offer the training.
- If the decision is ever made to retire or remove the course, you will be given a minimum of 90 days' written notice via email so you can complete your studies or download any available materials.
- The training is hosted on a third-party hosting platform and as such, we cannot guarantee 100% uptime. Access is subject to periodic maintenance, server migrations, and third-party hosting outages beyond our control.
2. Refund Policy
- Because students get immediate access to the full content library upon enrollment, there are no refunds once access has been granted.
- Please review the curriculum page and FAQ thoroughly before enrolling.
- By enrolling, you consent to immediate access to digital content and acknowledge that this waives your 14-day withdrawal right under EU consumer protection law.
3. User Accounts
- You will need to create an account to access the training platform, or one will be created for you after payment.
- You are responsible for keeping your account details and password confidential, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Intellectual Property and Licensing
- Any applicable content, video lessons, PDFs, layout, design, and graphics within this training are protected by French and international intellectual property laws and are operated by Qigong With Kseny.
- Your purchase grants you a single-user license. You may not share your login details, copy, reproduce, or distribute the course materials to others without our express written permission.
- Any unauthorised distribution or sharing of course materials may result in immediate termination of access without refund.
5. Data Protection
- We collect and process personal data (name, email address, login activity, and submission records) as necessary to deliver the training and manage your account.
- Our legal basis for processing is contractual necessity under Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation.

6. Certification and Professional Practice
- Completion of the training does not guarantee employment, insurance eligibility, or recognition by a specific regulatory body.
- Any references to professional standards on our website indicate curriculum alignment, not formal endorsement, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
- Graduates are responsible for meeting the professional, legal, and insurance requirements of their own country or region before teaching in any capacity.
7. Limitation of Liability
- In no event shall Kseny Gray, her employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, personal physical injury, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the training; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the services; (iii) any content obtained from the services; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage.
- Notwithstanding any potential damages you may incur, Qigong With Kseny's total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising out of this training shall be strictly limited to 25% of the amount paid for the course. This limitation applies in aggregate to all claims combined, rather than on a per-claim basis.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms shall be governed by the laws of France, and before initiating any formal legal action, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith through reasonable dialogue over a minimum period of 90 days before entering mediation, which will be paid for by the initiating party. Only on failure of mediation will formal legal action be commenced.
- We reserve the right to modify these legal terms at any time, so please review them frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
