About Kseny
"Qigong changed my life - I want to share this practice so it can change yours"
I’ve been teaching Qigong for over a decade and have built a worldwide community of over 140,000 people on YouTube. This Qigong Teacher Training certification is where I pass on both the knowledge and lived experience of the practice to students who feel ready to share their passion for Qigong and begin guiding others with confidence and care.
My path to Qigong
My path to Qigong started in my early twenties through my mum, who is a Tai Chi practitioner and an acupressure therapist.
At first, it was Tai Chi, but this practice takes time and commitment to learn the forms, something I didn’t have back then. So she offered me something simpler. Small exercises like hip rotations, tea cups… just a way in. And somehow, that was enough to feel the benefits.
I was also lucky enough to meet my first teacher, Vladimir, who noticed my enthusiasm early on and became my Sifu. Over time, the practice deepened as I travelled, attended workshops, and trained with Chinese masters. What started with a few simple movements gradually became my path.
Over the years, one thing became very clear to me, the practice can begin simply, but its depth unfolds over time. That’s what I try to pass on in my teaching: to make the practice accessible, grounded and something people can integrate into their lives. Today, Qigong is not just something I do. It has become the way I live, how I move, how I breathe and how I relate to myself.
How I teach
I teach Qigong for Health and Wellbeing in a way that is clear, grounded and accessible.
You won’t find unnecessary complexity or language that creates distance from the practice. My aim is to help you understand what you’re doing, and more importantly, to feel it in your own body. The practice can appear simple, but it carries depth and over time, with consistency, that depth begins to unfold.
That said, the teacher training program requires commitment.
It’s not about completing modules quickly, but about developing a real understanding of the practice through lived experience and you will be supported with structure, guidance, and feedback along the way. If something can be refined, I will gently bring your attention to it and guide you through the process of improving it.
I value both warmth and clarity. Creating a supportive environment is important, but so is maintaining a standard that allows you to grow your practice with confidence and integrity. Everything in this training, the modules, the assessments, and the teaching experience is designed to support you in becoming a teacher who can guide others safely, clearly, and with trust.
Not Just For Teachers
Approximately 70% of people on my teacher training programme have no intention of actually teaching - they simply want to expand their personal practice for their own benefit!
From Graduates
"One of the best things I have ever done. Kseny is a wonderful teacher — knowledgeable, clear, and with high expectations of her students. Feedback is detailed and the lessons are well planned. Not an easy course, but calm and supportive throughout."
Emily — UK
"I learned two beautiful forms — the Eight Pieces of Brocade and the 18 Forms of Tai Chi Qigong — but also experienced significant personal growth, transitioning from a thinker to a doer. I feel fully prepared to teach Qigong to beginners."
Jan — Belgium
